Logistics Dispatch Operations Executive

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatch Executive to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis with rotational shifts. The role involves coordinating and scheduling truck drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, primarily during night hours. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between drivers, customers, and internal departments, maintaining smooth communication and efficient transportation operations. This position is based in PECHS Block 6, near Delhi Sweet on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with working hours rotating between 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The salary range for this role is Rs. 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and profile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries to meet operational timelines.
- Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software to ensure route adherence.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays to guarantee timely service delivery.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support throughout the dispatch process.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or a related logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and related tools to track and manage deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear communication.
