We are a firm of Chartered Accountants based in London looking for an Assistant Accoutant to join our growing team in Lahore Office.
Essentail requirement:
- Good spoken and written English
- ACCA or ICAEW qualified
- Good MS Office Skills
- Essentail experience of minimum 2 years of working within Accountancy Practice or an Accoutancy role based in Industry.
Essentially the candiate will need to work with a Partner dealing with multiple clients for accountany and tax work based in teh UK. Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Production of financial statements from bookkeeping records for limited companies
- Tax computation for corporation tax, VAT, self-assessment and PAYE
- Bookkeeping using Web based accounting software including Xero and Kashflow
- Carrying out complex reconciliations, fix asset schedules, loan accounts, debtors and creditors schedules etc.
- Ensure preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end accounts for clients
- Cordinating work ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with strict policies and procedures
