Qualification: CCNA R&S cleared (Network Courses Preferred)
Experience: 01 – 02 Yrs
Work Responsibilities:
- Network monitoring, support, and administration experience, preferably from the ISP industry.
- Ability to work in teams and independently with candid professional attitude and excellent analytical skills.
- Willing to work in shifts environment (24x7).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focused and result-oriented personality.
- Strong concepts of IP routing & network designing.
- Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with layer two.
- Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network system
- Work with and mentor team members through professional behavior and knowledge sharing
- Communicating with customers on helpline.
