Hands on experience of banking research analytics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of banking processes and regulatory compliance
Experience with project planning and execution
Risk identification and mitigation > Budgeting and financial tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excel/MIS expertise
Research and market analysis expert

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Assist the COO in planning, organizing, and executing task and projects related to job domain of COO, Islamic Financing, microfinancing and liaison with LOLC Group.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor task/project progress and identify potential risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments within the Bank and Colombo.
Coordinate with LOLC companies in other countries to ensure alignment and synergy.
Research and analyze new trends and opportunities within the microfinance industry.
Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and recommendations.
Provide analysis and insights on market trends and industry developments.
