CAD Supervisor

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of six CAD professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee all Computer Aided Design activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate project workflows and timelines to meet delivery deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Manage design documentation control processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of records in compliance with banking and credit administration policies.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and enforce compliance with all relevant internal controls, including AML, KYC, and collateral documentation regulations.
Monitor and analyze operational exceptions and escalate issues promptly for resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to project progression.
Maintain proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software applications, managing software administration and upgrades to support efficient design operations.
Utilize document management systems to organize, track, and archive all project-related documentation securely.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support credit administration, loan processing, and report generation using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project status, compliance adherence, and team performance.
Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and keep skills updated with industry best practices.
Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail while ensuring activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
