Job Responsibilities:

Identify portfolio / performance trends and provide actionable insights to the Product Head.
Ensure timely distribution of stationery, Marketing materials and supplies to branches for uninterrupted business operations.
Coordination with MARCOM team ADMIN Team to place timely orders for required Stationery and marketing materials, followed by the required approvals.
Maintain the bank's Goldsmith database and coordinate with the risk department to on-board / review Goldsmiths at agreed intervals as per SOP.
Assist the Product Head in conducting market analysis to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to the gold loan product.
Manage and coordinate the auctioning process for gold loans, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Maintain Proper records of auction notices and settlements post auctioning.
Collaborate with other departments (IT, Digital, Finance, Call Center, Operations, Risk) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Gold Loan branches.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all gold loan business-related communications to branches.
Review and analyze recommendations of Gold Revaluation reports and follow up with the branches to action the Recommendations of Risk Management Team.
