We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to join our real estate team at the London Branch. As the Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight: 

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the real estate department. 
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. 
  • Implement and streamline processes to optimize workflow and productivity. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of business support initiatives.

Process Improvement: 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. 
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key real estate functions. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment within the real estate team. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their support needs and ensure seamless integration of business support services. 
  • Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate communication and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they meet performance goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.

Strategic Planning: 

  • Contribute to the development of organizational strategies and goals. 
  • Assist in the formulation of budgets and resource allocation plans to support business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Problem Solving and Decision Making: 

  • Address and resolve issues raised by team members or other departments in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals and values. 

Vendor Management: 

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize terms and conditions. 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Analyze real estate data to provide valuable insights for decision-making. 
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics. 

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and standards.
  • Work closely with legal counsel to address compliance issues and mitigate risks. 

Budget Management: 

  • Assist in the development and management of the real estate department budget. 
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. 

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and implement solutions to enhance overall effectiveness. 
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement relevant changes to improve business support functions.

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales achievements, and potential risks. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Business Support Manager or in a similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
