Qamar-ul-Islam Hospital is seeking experienced Staff Nurses to join its dedicated team across multiple specialized departments including the Operation Theatre (OT), Labor Room, Gynecology, ICU, and NICU. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and possess the clinical expertise necessary to provide exceptional nursing care in high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in OT, Labor Room, Gynecology, ICU, and NICU according to assigned duties.
- Assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures, deliveries, and critical care interventions.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize medical equipment required for surgical, obstetric, and critical care procedures.
- Provide counseling, education, and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Strictly adhere to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies and critical situations.

Required Qualifications
- Educational background in nursing with GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, along with valid Nursing Council Registration.
- At least two years of professional experience in one or more of the following specialties: OT, Labor Room, Gynecology, ICU, or NICU.
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to manage emergency and critical care scenarios confidently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to a patient-centered approach, teamwork, and professional ethics.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates who have additional certifications or training in specialized nursing care will be considered an asset.
- The hospital offers a structured work schedule with three shift options: Morning Shift (8 hours) and Evening Shift (8 hours) with a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000, and Night Shift (12 hours) with a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000.
