Job Description
Collaborate with individual contributors located in different time zones
Expert at communicating in English with forigen clients
Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist Computer-aided design (CAD) applications while ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Proven over 3 years of working experience as an architect
Expert knowledge of building codes, construction details and rules, regulations and quality standards relevant to US
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, 3dsMax, Lumion, Photoshop or similar)
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Working remotely and available at least partly during US business hours
