Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele sales and cold calling to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
  • Set appointments for the field sales team and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and client engagement.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems for managing customer data, sales activities, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in business development, tele sales, or sales support roles.
  • Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM and ERP tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and well-organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sector is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities (especially regional languages) will be considered an advantage.
