Agro Power is actively engaged in residential, commercial and industrial solar projects, and is looking for an operations manager to be a part of its dynamic team.
A successful candidate will
· Have at least 2 years experience in solar energy systems
· Have strong knowledge of solar system types and their application as per client's requirements
· Visit client sites and prepare proposals/ quotations
· Have good communication skills and be technically sound (engineering degree holders will be preferred)
· Be able to design solar systems on relevant software
· Have strong negotiation skills and market knowledge for equipment procurement
· Be responsible to hire competitive technical staff and manage them
Above market salary plus benefits will be offered
