Reports To: Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead
Job Summary
The Software Developer / Engineer will be responsible for development of projects assigned by team lead for client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
• Deliver tasks within the specified time period
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
• Unit Testing
• Performing the self-code review
• Managing the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
• Keep up with new technologies and implement them in the work environment
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required
• 3+ years of experience in the software industry with a combination of strong technical and business skills.
• Sound understanding of Dot Net Framework (C#, ASP.Net, WinForms, UWP, Azure).
• Well versed in AJAX, Web Services, MVC, Java script, XML and CSS.
• Solid knowledge of SQL server databases.
• S/he should have know-how of Architecture designing, UML / RUP, framework and design pattern implementation.
• Candidate should have ability to follow quality coding practices with clear and well-documented code
• Understanding of all phases of the development process and proven experience in building a software development team.
• Have strong software architecture skills and ability to manage each aspect of the product release from a technical standpoint.
• Reviews and manages status for technical delivery dates and ability to manage all technical aspects of product releases.
• Solid understanding of the Enterprise application industry.
Other
• Perform duties as directed by Senior Software Engineer.
• Monitoring Issues and Resolutions.
• Monitoring and resolving dependency issues.
• Status Reporting to Sr. Software engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
