Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in clients, providing a premium hospitality experience.
- Understand client needs, including budget, event date, and style preferences.
- Recommend and showcase suitable bridal and formal wear collections.
- Drive sales through effective pitching, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets for walk-in clients.
- Manage bridal and formal wear trials, including dupatta draping and styling assistance.
- Take precise measurements and accurately record customizations on order forms.
- Handle luxury garments with care, ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fragrant, and visually appealing studio environment.
- Ensure dresses are steamed, tagged, and arranged appropriately.
- Keep detailed daily records of walk-in clients and track closed or lost sales with reasons.
- Provide weekly feedback on customer preferences and trending designs.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and Production teams regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of bridal styling and dupatta draping techniques.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills in both Urdu and English.
- Well-groomed, confident, and highly presentable appearance.
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing luxury retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with similar designer brands is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
