M. Designs Architect an award-winning architectural firm based in Palo Alto, California.We are looking for an Architectural drafter. The person will work closely with the architects and design leads in America to design and draft interior floor plans, elevations, architectural details and construction documents.
- Qualifications:Minimum 5 year’s experience working on Design process, architectural details and construction documents
- Ability to work in a self-directed course of action
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- High level of detail orientation
- High level of analytical skills and independent problem solving
- Diligent and persistent in follow through CAD, ability to produce working drawings
- Proficient in:Expert in Latest AutoCad Revit Expert a MUST
- Sketch Up knowledge a plus Familiarity with CA Planning and Building codes
- Fluent in English is a must. Creativity in design and detailing a plus
- Familiarity with traditional and modern styles, materials and detailing
- Ability to work at a very fast pace and work well in a team
