Sales Person

M. K. Husain & Co. Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the textile machinery. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge, sales negotiation strategies, and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products, and closing deals efficiently. This position demands strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to travel within Pakistan to meet client requirements and expand the customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the achievement of company sales targets. This role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent individual performance, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while supporting the company’s overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers within the textile machinery and industrial equipment markets.
Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
Conduct sales negotiations with customers, employing effective negotiation techniques to close deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s market presence.
Travel within Pakistan to meet with customers, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to assist in the development of sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in company systems.
