- Apply knowledge and expertise of ECE (Early Childhood Education) as the emotional, social and physical development of young children has a direct impact on their overall development and on the adult they will become.
- Devise and demonstrate the skills of classroom management techniques through current researched best practices and strategies.
- Coordinate with the Team members to complete different tasks ,routine assignments and duties.
- Utilize strategies fostering thinking, reasoning and problem solving.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with the parents in support of individual child’s learning process.
- Prepare and design the Monthly Syllabus.
- Create soft board decoration themes for children to enable them easily understand the different facets of life, foodstuff, environment, etc.
- Use art and craft techniques to refine and improvise the children’s skills and approach.
- Facilitate positive interactions between students and other teachers.
- Ensure to regularly assess student learning with multiple forms of assessment.
- Establish positive relationship with students, parents, fellow teachers & school administrators.
