You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will utilize your expertise in online advertising, social media, SEO, and other digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and engagement strategies to increase followers and drive engagement.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and ensure campaign success.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing digital campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to extract insights and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
