We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing their day-to-day activities and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by the CEO.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, including but not limited to making reservations, managing household expenses, and organizing events.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
