Maali / Ground Man (Gardener)

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Worker. This role involves the upkeep and care of lawns, gardens, plants, and outdoor areas to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various gardening and outdoor maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
- Water plants regularly and ensure they receive proper care and attention.
- Trim plants, bushes, and grass as needed to promote healthy growth and neat appearance.
- Keep playgrounds, lawns, and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- Assist with other outdoor maintenance duties and any additional tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in gardening or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor duties and handle gardening tools and equipment safely.

Location and Compensation:
This position is based in Wahdat Road, Lahore, and requires the candidate to work on-site. The monthly salary starts from Rs40,000.
