All4U is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our fully remote team, collaborating directly with US-based clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions across a variety of real-world projects involving data science and machine learning. You will participate in client interviews, technical discussions, project planning, and solution presentations. Strong English communication skills are essential to effectively represent both yourself and the company. The position offers competitive monthly compensation of 2,200 USDC, with the potential to earn up to a 10% performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into practical data science and machine learning solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive modeling.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to measure model performance and business impact.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to improve model accuracy over time.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions, methodologies, and project results to US clients.
- Collaborate efficiently with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, along with strong SQL skills.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of statistics, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization methods.
- Practical experience deploying machine learning models and applying MLOps best practices.
- Familiarity with managing large datasets and working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Skilled in data visualization tools including Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and dashboard development.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence in engaging US clients during video meetings and technical interviews.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and project outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of time-series forecasting and recommendation system development.
- Familiarity with cloud machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Google Vertex AI.
- Previous client-facing, consulting, or remote engineering experience is highly advantageous.
- The role is fully remote and project-based, with opportunities to work on multiple projects depending on business needs.
- Compensation includes a base monthly pay of 2,200 USDC plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of monthly project compensation.
