Machine Learning (ML)

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop advanced applications and systems utilizing artificial intelligence tools and cloud AI services. The role involves designing and implementing production-ready solutions with robust application pipelines, either on cloud or on-premises. A key part of the position is integrating generative AI models into various projects. The engineer will also work with deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques to deliver innovative solutions that address diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI and Machine Learning domains.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Make critical decisions impacting the team and project outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams across the organization to contribute to key technical and strategic decisions.
- Provide problem-solving expertise within the immediate team and across other teams when required.
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentor team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve project quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7.5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong proficiency in Machine Learning concepts and practical implementation.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and services to deploy AI solutions effectively.
- Skilled in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large datasets for analysis.
- Educational background with 15 years of full-time formal education.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with generative AI models and their application in real-world solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with neural networks, chatbots, and image processing techniques will be advantageous.
- The position is based in Hyderabad, requiring the candidate to work from this location.
