Machine Learning Operations Engineer (AI/ML) - Remote - Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Operations Engineer (AI/ML), you will join our talent network and collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients on flexible, project-based assignments. You will integrate seamlessly into client teams, working alongside designers and engineers daily to deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments. Your role will involve implementing MLOps best practices such as model tracking, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management. You will contribute to continuous integration and delivery workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance existing libraries and systems. Ownership of your work and alignment with client goals will be essential to your success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience focused on Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Completion of a four-year college degree.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ML and AI models to production via APIs or endpoints.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps including model lifecycle management, tracking, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI concepts and integrations.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and systems, including containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD workflows.
- Proficiency in Python programming for ML development, automation, and production applications.
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow or data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or BigQuery is advantageous.
- Experience with agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or LangGraph is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems and contribute to code libraries.
- Detail-oriented with a forensic approach to quality and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex systems and meet agreed-upon performance standards.
- Commitment to understanding and delivering on client objectives.
