Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain commercial mixers, dough sheeters, proof boxes, and rotary ovens to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize factory downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected failures.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining commercial bakery or similar industrial equipment.

- Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
