Shaan Technologies is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating and managing production machinery, with a preference for those familiar with solar manufacturing, CNC machines, and manual lathes. Candidates should be capable of maintaining high standards of product quality and safety while meeting production targets in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Handle CNC machines, manual lathes, and other relevant industrial equipment.
- Perform machine setup, basic adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain product quality and accuracy according to established production standards.
- Follow production schedules and consistently meet daily output targets.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in machine operation within an industrial setting.
- Proven hands-on experience with CNC machines, manual lathes, or similar industrial machinery.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance, production processes, and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work responsibly and collaboratively as part of a production team.
- Experience in solar panel or solar-related manufacturing is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with practical experience in solar production, CNC operations, manual lathe operations, and other industrial manufacturing processes will be given preference.

Work Location
This is an in-person role based at EPZA, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.
