Machine Operator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery efficiently while adhering to established safety and quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can monitor machine performance, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent output.
- Monitor machine performance continuously and address any irregularities to maintain smooth production flow.
- Inspect products regularly to identify defects or abnormalities and report findings promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
- Adhere strictly to production targets, safety protocols, and quality standards to meet organizational goals.
- Report any machine breakdowns or technical issues immediately to the supervisor for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare detailed shift handover reports to ensure seamless transitions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation or an equivalent technical certification.
- Basic understanding of machine operation, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs50,000 per month.
- This position requires on-site presence to effectively manage and operate production equipment.
