MachSol Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire new resources as "Technical Support Executive" / “Product Support Engineer" to interact with international clients.

Job Description:

The Selected candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Take ownership of tickets.
  • Maintaining Day to day support activities for international clients.
  • Assisting customer via Email, Helpdesk / Ticket System, Live Chat, Phone Calls.
  • Performing installation of our product on client servers using RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk or other remote access tools.
  • Conducting Online Trainings.
  • Research each customer problem to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document issues & suggestions and report to concerned team.
  • Following other tasks assigned by Support Team Manager.
  • Increase technical knowledge, troubleshooting and customer service skills through self-paced training

Qualification:

At least bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Requirements:

Suitable candidates must have:

  • Exceptional English language both verbal and written.
  • Excellent typing and writing skills
  • Ability to work night shifts including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Logical troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all the time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Additional Skills (will be a plus to have):

  • Microsoft Certification or Training (MCSA).
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS, Web Server, Database, SaaS, Web Hosting and Cloud system.

Do not apply if:

  • You cannot work in Evening / Night shift.
