A professional with at least 10 - 15 years of experience in management of semi-formal continental dining resturaunts (preferbly steakhouses) is required. The individual will be required to look after routine operations of a franchised outlet to include:-
1. Kitchen Operations
2. Floor Operations
Applicants with international experience will be preferred. The individulas performance will be guaged on his ability to produce required results.
