We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to plan and supervise our mega building project of Mall and Residency in Islamabad from start to finish.
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Hire and manage staff for the project.
- Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
- Risk assessment on site and ensuring health and safety regulation being carried out.
- To submit quarterly written progress report of construction to chairman through admin covering the time lines being followed or otherwise with recommendations/reasons.
- Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and other involved in the project.
- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
