While managing a team is not part of the role, the candidate must demonstrate independence in completing assignments within defined deadlines. This full-time job involves working on-site and necessitates the practical use of MS Excel for financial calculations and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial data collection and verification, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining meticulous records. Possession of a valid driving license and own transportation is preferred to facilitate visits to markets, shops, and client locations. The role combines hands-on fieldwork with basic accounting tasks, enabling the organization to make informed decisions regarding credit and financial services.
Responsibilities

Conduct income estimation and financial evaluation assignments by visiting markets, shops, and businesses.
Perform business verification and asset valuation through on-site assessments.
Collect, verify, and analyze business, income, sales, expense, and asset information accurately.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports that reflect market research and business activity assessments.
Review basic financial statements and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy.
Utilize MS Excel for performing financial calculations and detailed data analysis.
Identify and flag discrepancies and potential risks in collected financial and business information.
Maintain proper records and organize supporting documents systematically.
Complete all field assignments and financial reports within the specified timelines.
Demonstrate strong observation skills and effective information-gathering techniques during field visits.
Communicate findings and insights clearly through written reports.
Work independently without direct supervision while meeting deadlines consistently.
Travel extensively across Karachi for conducting evaluations and verifications.
Apply basic accounting knowledge to support financial evaluation processes.
