Basic Function:
Responsible to promote assigned products of health Care Professionals in order to achieve desired.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned targets and implementation of new strategies in the territory.
- Responsible of managing the business, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Regularly liaising with existing KOL to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify the needs of the market in professional Education Training of clinical & non clinical stakeholders and implementing these programs with BS support.
-Provide detailed information and reports to the line management as and when required.
- Keep an eye on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
- To work closely with all sales and marketing teams and the distribution team to maximize the involvement adn support for the market.
- Liaison with the distribution team to ensure transparency, commitment and compliance in order to achieve our business and service goals.
- Regularly conduct professional educational activities.
- Management and monitoring of tenders in order to secure the maximum share.
- Keep himself update about the assigned products as well as the important changes occurring in the territory.
