Social Media Handler

Magic Mayo is seeking a skilled Social Media Handler with 12 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the companys social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role requires expertise in crafting engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories while monitoring trends and audience engagement to ensure our brand message resonates effectively. A creative mindset combined with excellent communication and content-writing skills is essential to drive successful social media campaigns and establish strong customer relationships. The successful Social Media Handler will independently manage social media pages and campaigns, utilize scheduling tools, and possess a good understanding of graphic designing basics, especially with tools like Canva, to enhance visual content. This position demands the ability to analyze page performance, prepare insightful reports, and adapt strategies based on social media analytics. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to meet deadlines and continuously innovate, bringing fresh ideas that boost brand visibility and engagement without managing a team.
Responsibilities

Develop, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to promote the companys brand.
Manage daily social media activities such as posting, scheduling, and interacting with followers using social media scheduling tools.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
Handle customers inquiries and interactions through social media channels, ensuring effective customer relationship management and prompt responses.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative visuals using Canva or graphic design basics to complement content and attract audience attention.
Stay updated on the latest social media tools, applications, and best practices, applying innovative approaches to maximize the companys online presence.
Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Manage multiple campaigns independently, meeting deadlines and adjusting strategies proactively based on audience feedback and performance data.
Bring new ideas and creative concepts to maintain a dynamic and engaging social media presence that aligns with Magic Mayos brand values.
