Magna Foodservice is looking for a full-time WordPress developer. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of WordPress development standards and best practices.
Strong front-end skills and experience creating and working with custom themes are required.
A minimum of one year of experience of WordPress programming, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites from scratch & de-facto standard plugins.
- Knowledge of existing in-built WordPress functions
- Creation of custom post types
- Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards
- Creation of clean, logical well-documented, and re-usable code.
- Experience of using child themes
- API Development and integration with major cloud platforms using connectors or custom coding configurations
- Experience using the Wordpress REST Api
- Wordpress security experience
- Experience using editors such as WPBakery
- Expert level at template integration and configuration
- Experience of Speed optimization foe gt matrix and google page insights
- Experience of core php
- Experience with advanced woo-commerce functions and development
- Experience working with and configuring AWS
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and jQuery
- Experience of database designing and query optimization
