- The ideal candidate must have some basic knowledge of HR Functions.
- As an HR Intern the candidate will assist the line manager in carrying out the daily HR Tasks such as recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Coordination, Grievance Handling, employee documentation etc.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management
- Experience : Fresh to 1 year
- Paid Internship which may lead to employment opportunity after successful completion
