Key Responsibilities
- Conduct impact analysis to evaluate project requirements and their implications.
- Develop both high-level and low-level design documents to guide development activities.
- Perform coding tasks in alignment with established standards.
- Execute unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of code.
- Review deliverables thoroughly for accuracy and completeness.
- Present and demonstrate deliverables effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates to relevant teams and management.

Required Qualifications
- Between 4 to 12 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Strong proficiency in IBM Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, DB2, JCL, and VSAM.
- Experience with Assembler programming is essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles and coding standards.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 or N1 level, demonstrating bilingual capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and with clients.
