RMT is seeking a skilled Maintenance cum IT Technician to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s facility electrical systems, HVAC, generators, and solar panel installations. Alongside these maintenance duties, the role requires providing comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting WiFi issues, managing Windows updates, and ensuring smooth operation of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment. The technician will also support official meetings by managing IT setups in conference rooms and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and IT-related services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain facility electrical systems, HVAC units, generators, and solar panel systems efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues such as WiFi disruptions and Windows update problems.
- Provide IT support during official meetings, ensuring all conference room technology functions properly.
- Maintain and service laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace faulty IT equipment when necessary and arrange for procurement of required IT devices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with outsourced maintenance and IT vendors to facilitate timely support and services.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or IT.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance and IT support roles.
