Maintenance Engineer (Peshawar)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and coordinate mobile phone repair services for customers and distributors. The role involves receiving devices, maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively. The candidate will also study specialized materials and technical documentation related to mobile phones to stay informed and provide accurate support. Collaboration with management to complete various tasks and improve overall performance is essential, along with timely feedback on issues and tracking their resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair, maintaining good communication throughout the process.
- Study and understand specialized materials and guidance documents related to mobile phone technology.
- Address customer demands for products and services, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist the manager, director, or executive in completing various tasks and enhancing team performance.
- Provide timely feedback on issues and monitor the progress of their resolution.
- Respond to professional and technical questions raised by customers.
- Cover for the service consultant during their absence or when they are busy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is required.
- Strong coordination skills and experience in equipment maintenance and electrical repairing are essential.
