Maintenance Manager

New Era Industries (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team at the Port Qasim location. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 200,000. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in maintaining industrial machinery and factory equipment. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems, minimizing equipment downtime, and maximizing overall efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment.
- Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, including diagnosing faults and ensuring timely repairs.
- Supervise maintenance of industrial motors, electrical panels, inverters, solar systems, and other related equipment.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, while also liaising with external technicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance schedules, ensure the availability of spare parts, and keep detailed maintenance records.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to support uninterrupted factory operations.

Required Qualifications

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial machinery and equipment.
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline, such as DAE, B.Tech, or BE.
- Demonstrated capability to supervise maintenance teams and effectively manage machinery breakdowns.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
