Maintenance Supervisor

Namuve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at The Opus Luxury Residences in Gulberg III, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing routine and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the property. This role requires hands-on supervision to maintain the facilities and equipment in excellent working condition, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily routine maintenance activities to address any immediate issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce the likelihood of operational disruptions.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all property facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functioning properly.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant educational qualification in a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience working in maintenance roles within residential or high-rise buildings, housing societies, or the hotel industry.
- Strong skills in maintenance management, record-keeping, and coordination with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
- This is an on-site role based at The Opus Luxury Residences, requiring the candidate to be present at the location during working hours.
