Maintenance Technician

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all facilities remain in optimal condition. You will collaborate closely with team members to quickly identify and resolve facility-related problems, helping to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions such as HVAC systems, office equipment, and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems and repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
