Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team and support the maintenance of mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of injection molding machines, conveyors, and related auxiliary equipment through preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical faults to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical systems, including injection molding machines, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults in machines, pumps, motors, and various mechanical assemblies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mechanical equipment, including details of breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely resolution of mechanical issues.
- Support energy efficiency and process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing equipment performance and reducing operational costs.
- Supervise and guide junior mechanical technicians during the execution of assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs70,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
