The job responsibilites are inclusive but not limited to following tasks.
1. Team management and supervision,
2. Complaints handling, Must have hands on experience of QA/QC procedure, requirement, codes, standards & Specification.
3. Must have knowledge about materials related to the field of Mechanical and Civil structures.
4. Monitoring & tracking of installation of structure within committed timelines
5. Providing trainings to Engineers when needed
6. Client complaint handling
7. Making quotations/proposals to corporate clients
Reporting to Senior Manager & Management about site completion status
Skills
Create List of Material (LOM) and send to Purchase Department.
To make General Arrangement (GA) Drawings as per Customer Specifications.
Create Production Drawings from Main Drawings.
To Prepare List of Drawings and Material Cutting Vouchers.
Create production Plans for weekly and Monthly Progress.
Regulate material and other Resource Supply According to Production Rate.
Problem that may rise in production process and report it to the Higher Management.
To be in coordination with client throughout the project
