The Office Boy does not manage a team but plays a crucial support role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office environment. This role involves coordinating cleaning schedules, using cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners effectively, and following safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents or equipment damage. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the organization.
Responsibilities

Perform daily office cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy workspace.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and other relevant tools safely and efficiently.
Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment during all cleaning and maintenance activities.
Manage and adhere to cleaning schedules and time management to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
Dispose of office waste and recyclables properly in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department promptly.
Ensure common areas such as restrooms, kitchenettes, and corridors are kept clean and sanitary at all times.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stocks are low.
Assist with moving office furniture or supplies as required to facilitate cleaning or office activities.
Demonstrate honesty and responsibility by safeguarding company property and handling tasks with integrity.
