Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services from Mak BPO and Telecommunications.
Apply effective closing techniques to successfully finalize sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Deliver clear, confident, and compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's interests and concerns.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects to address questions, provide information, and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine closing strategies and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the companys tracking systems.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills by staying informed about company offerings and industry trends.
Demonstrate professionalism and build trust with customers to foster long-term business relationships.
Handle objections and challenges effectively, turning potential sales barriers into opportunities for closing.
Assist in generating feedback and market insights from customer interactions to help optimize sales approaches.
