Field Sales Executive – Construction Materials

Mak Tiles by Al Nisa Stone is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our MAK Concrete Spacer Blocks within the construction materials market in Lahore. This role involves daily field visits to build strong relationships with builders, contractors, civil engineers, rebar dealers, and construction suppliers. The successful candidate will represent the brand professionally, provide product information, deliver samples, and actively generate new sales opportunities while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a self-motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing of construction materials and excellent communication skills in Urdu. You will be responsible for managing various sales activities, including client prospecting, order management, and maintaining daily sales reports. Given the dynamic field environment, the candidate should hold a valid driving license and possess their own motorcycle for transportation. This role does not include team management responsibilities but requires strong individual accountability and goal orientation.
Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to the construction market in Lahore to identify and engage potential customers.
Establish and maintain contact with builders, contractors, civil engineers, rebar dealers, and suppliers to develop new business opportunities.
Collect and organize customer data, including contact details and relevant requirements for targeted sales efforts.
Provide detailed information about MAK Concrete Spacer Blocks, including product specifications, sizes, uses, and quality standards.
Demonstrate product samples to potential clients and distribute price lists and quotations as part of the sales process.
Follow up promptly on quotations and sales leads to secure new orders and encourage repeat business from existing clients.
Prepare and submit daily reports on market visits, new contacts made, quotations given, and sales performance to management.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns related to product quality or service timely.
Utilize mobile tools such as WhatsApp for effective communication and basic data entry tasks related to sales tracking.
Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct while representing the brand in the field.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
