We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive with Good Communication Skills and strong convincing power to join our Sales Department. To be successful you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch BDO should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  An intermediary between sellers and buyers.
  •  Arrange viewings and make appointments with potential customers based on what best suits them.
  •  Conduct market research to identify new real estate buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
  •  Maintain relationships with real estate clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities
  •  Set up meetings with potential real estate clients
  •  Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
  •  Achieve monthly or weekly targets
  •  Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound call handling.
  •  Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  •  Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  •  Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  •  Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVE:

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation
  • Presentable, trustworthy, and confident
