Male Junior Sales & Operations Assistant

AFINISHES is looking for a motivated and reliable Male Junior Sales & Operations Assistant to join their team in Karachi. This role focuses on supporting sales activities and daily operations, including visiting customers and potential clients for door-to-door sales of building materials. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Sales Specialist, coordinate deliveries, and manage basic accounts-related tasks. The position requires a proactive individual willing to work in the field, travel regularly for sales and deliveries, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales by visiting potential customers such as contractors, architects, interior designers, and other relevant clients.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospects to expand the client base.
- Assist and accompany the Senior Sales Specialist to support sales efforts effectively.
- Coordinate and manage product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Handle basic documentation including invoices, receipts, and simple accounts-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and payments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liaise between the factory, sales team, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and provide ongoing support to the sales team.

Required Qualifications
- Ownership of a motorcycle or bike is mandatory to facilitate fieldwork and client visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible with a humble and respectful attitude.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn continuously.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a strong team player.
- Basic understanding of accounts and record-keeping practices.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel regularly for sales and delivery purposes.
