Key Responsibilities
- Ensure technical maintenance and monitor all engineering works, electrical equipment/machines/accessories/items and ensure their scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency through implementation of periodic maintenance schedules for areas related to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Water treatment & Fire safety etc.
- Ensure proper record is kept related to all plants and Equipment.
- Analyze problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Superior Computer skills in mandatory.
- Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualification
B.E Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 year of experience in same capacity. Salary package is around 50,000/- to 70,000/- per month
