'MamaOrganic' is looking for an 'Accounts & Warehouse Officer' The incumbent shall be young, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Reconciliation of customer ledger maintained at the office with customer records maintained by the branch/sales team.
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers from time to time.
- To receive & record cash/cheques received from customers/sales team in cash book/cheque register on a prompt basis and preservation of postdated cheques.
