We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic and high-converting keywords
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Perform regular website audits and provide recommendations for improving website performance and user experience
- Monitor and analyze website analytics data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and apply them to our digital marketing strategies
- Manage and mentor junior members of the SEO team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites
- Experience managing and mentoring junior members of the SEO team
