Management Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily accounting operations and the ability to analyze financial processes to suggest improvements. This role involves close collaboration with the Accounting & Finance team to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vendor reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Compile the monthly management reporting pack, providing clear and concise financial insights.
- Perform job costing to track and manage project expenses effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Assist the accounting team with daily operational tasks, contributing to smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA (or equivalent) part-qualified, or a graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant accounting standards applicable to the industry.
